Concenterate Cold Brew ( COLDPRESSO)


The idea is simple - similar to espresso.


THE LOW WATER TEMPERATURE USED IN THE COLD BREW METHOD STRUGGLES TO ACHIEVE FULL EXTRACTION (CHLOROGENIC ACID). TO COMPENSATE WE USE HIGH PRESSURE TO FASTEN THE PROCESS AND ACHIEVE OPTIMAL EXTRACTION.


FOR BREWING COLD, WE ADDED HIGHER PRESSURE TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS.


So we name it COLDPRESSO !


Clue : We add a few more dose than usual, pour Cold Water, and found acceptable result if the pressure reach 10 Bar!
